What is the one thing about your job that you are really passionate about? Listening and asking questions that help people have deeper understanding of themselves and their current circumstance.

Briefly describe your background: I mostly grew up in Fullerton, CA but lived in Idaho and the central valley for a few years. We have a large extended family and I have about 30 cousins or so. Growing up as a Mexican American, I’ve learned to value the richness of two cultures and how it’s impacted my life.
What are your credentials/past experience that have equipped you to be a corporate chaplain? Masters in chaplaincy and pastoral care and counseling, certified spiritual director, currently working on a doctorate.

What is the one thing about your job that you are really passionate about? Fiercely insisting that no person suffers alone. Traveling with others as they journey towards wholeness.
What do you love about your job? Seeing people live into their fullness—fully leading with whole hearts, fully working with dignity and companies fulfilling their mission.
Briefly describe your background:I grew up in the Bay Area. Went to a collegiate training program for young ministers and did ministry all over the US and beyond. I came to San Diego, City Heights in 2012 and have loved neighboring well here.
What are your credentials/past experience that have equipped you to be a corporate chaplain? I studied Bible and Theology for my Bachelors, Divinity for my Masters, and Doctorate in Leadership. I have been working in ministry for over 20 years.

Perhaps this relates to a problem that you feel you can fix given your special skill-set (one sentence): I love meeting one-one or leading a workshop to help someone discover a core issue and action steps for their home or work life.
What do you love about your job? Helping people live from their true self, discover clarity in a situation, and build healthy relationships. I love being a person of acceptance, encouragement, fun, and wisdom for people’s everyday life and work.
Briefly describe your background: family, where you grew up, birth order, anything unusual/hard/exciting about your upbringing (2-3 sentences) : A first generation Chaldean-American born and raised in San Diego with a younger sister. Learned to enjoy the cultural diversity of San Diego. An unstable family life created an ability for helping bring peace and healing into tough situations.
